Meet Chef Anina and her team!Chef Anina Schumann has been in the food industry since 1997, and got her start in pastry. Chef Anina brings her talents to our country club with an American-pub fare menu available for lunches and select dinners. She is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, New York, and brings her many talents to our kitchen. Chef Anina has worked in several high-end restaurants including Jean-Georges and Aquavit both in New York City, andCrystal Springs Resort in Hamburg, NJ.
Chef Anina’s team includes Chef Gianna Gallardo, who got her start in the industry at the Art Institute of Washington in Arlington, Virginia. Chef Gianna honed her skills through her 12 years working as a chef in the Washington D.C. area before moving to Morris County.
Within Chef Anina’s core team includes her daughters Hannah and Isobel, who can be seen serving members and guests with pride. With Hannah and Isobel on the team, the Mount Tabor Country Club is able to give your dining experience a homey and family-oriented feel.
Chef Anina’s team includes many other neighbors, family, and friends in Mount Tabor who all aim to bring our community to your table.
